This is a Smart Home Ideas with Modern Interior Penthouse Design. A three-level luxury penthouse in Johannesburg, South Africa. Design is the result of collaboration between SAOTA (Stefan Antoni Architects Olmesdahl Truen) and Okha Interiors.
According to the architect, the client wanted a house that will showcase the evolution of living cities of the 21st century, reflecting the individualism and evolving aspects of smart home technology, with adjustable lighting and automation. The result is a luxury apartment situated on the 11th floor of a downtown commercial building in Sandton, the breathing, although the integration in a dense urban landscape. The result, we created a wall-less penthouse 900m ², with garden, which gives the impression of floating above the mass of the city, said the designer Adam Court.
